How does the free trial work?
Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial that includes €20 in credits. No credit card is required to begin — you configure a worker, point it at a real workflow, and see what changes before you ever pay.
What are the €20 in credits for?
The trial credits let you exercise your digital workers on real work during the 7 days — running them against your own processes so you can measure the outcome, not just read about it.
What counts as a digital worker?
A digital worker is one software employee that does a single operational job — chasing invoices, onboarding suppliers, watching SLAs. Each runs on a real database with forms, dashboards, and an audit trail inside your private environment. Your plan's worker limit is how many you can run at once.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Move between Starter, Fusion, and Fusion+ as your needs change — upgrade when you add workspaces or workers, downgrade when you don't. Your existing data and workers carry across.
What if I need a custom worker or engineer help?
Shelf workers can be configured on your own. When you need a custom worker, or workflows that span several systems, bring in a fractional forward-deployed engineer to scope, build, and operate it. Fusion+ includes priority engineer access.
How is invoicing handled?
Plans are billed monthly in euros. There is no card required to start the trial, and you can cancel before it ends. Talk to us if you need annual invoicing or a specific procurement process.
